At Bobby Jack Brand, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, securely seal the parcel, and affix the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Give your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
